Our lawyers

Anna Strama

Anna is a legal advisor, graduate from the Faculty of Law and Administration at the Jagiellonian University. She became a legal adviser after passing a bar exam and is currently a member of the Regional Chamber of Legal Advisers in Kraków, being authorized to represent her Clients before all the administrative bodies and courts in Poland, as well as bound by the attorney-client privilege. During her studies she attended a course on refugee and asylum law at the University of Oslo, afterwards she became a member of the Jagiellonian University Legal Clinic, where she provided free of charge legal advice to foreigners in Poland. After graduating she gained experienced in Cracow’s law offices. Having worked for many years in an NGO specializing in providing legal aid to foreigners in Poland, she gained a wealth of experience in delivering migration advice across a range of complex issues. Anna was also involved with monitoring, research, advocacy and awareness raising projects concerning the rights of migrants and attended conferences, seminars, trainings and meetings devoted to migration issues on national and international level. 
Being a devoted reader in her free time, she also graduated from the Faculty of Polish Philology at the Jagiellonian University. Anna speaks English and Russian.
